The 2013 Gold Coast Magic Millions Carnival will take place over eighteen days on the Gold Coast in Queensland in January with the exciting Gold Coast Magic Millions race day falling on Saturday 12th January 2013 at the picturesque Gold Coast racecourse.
The Magic Millions carnival is held annually each January and has become an integral part of the Australian racing calendar and injects around $90 million-plus into the local economy.
The yearling sale attracts the most high profile buyers from around the world as well as leading Australian trainers, and yearlings purchased from the sale often go on to become elite gallopers at the highest level before becoming valuable stallions and broodmares after retirement.
The $2,000,000 Magic Millions 2YO Classic and $1,000,000 Magic Millions 3YO Guineas are the highlights of Magic Millions raceday on Saturday 12th January at the Gold Coast race track, with only graduates of the Magic Millions Sales eligible to contest each event.
