2010 Geoffrey Belmaine Stakes: Velocitea raced on the pace and was beautifully ridden by Damien Oliver to shoot to the lead inside the 200m and hold off a determined late challenge from second placegetter Valentine Miss. The runner-up came from midfield to finish on strongly for second, while Margham ran on to claim third place.
